Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales environments, to promote personal insurance products. Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to recommend suitable coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, balancing their needs with company guidelines to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments. Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse communities effectively, expanding the reach of our insurance offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals confidently. Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. Experience with sales administration systems and familiarity with benefits administration is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus for understanding privacy standards related to client information. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment; strong organizational skills are essential.
