Description:

Our growing insurance agency is seeking a motivated and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who is driven to sell and deliver exceptional service to clients. We provide qualified inbound leads , so you can focus on quoting, advising clients, and closing deals—no cold calling required.

What You'll Do:

Quote auto, home, and commercial insurance policies Review coverage with clients and recommend appropriate protection Follow up with agency-provided leads Close new business and cross-sell additional coverages Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

Active California Property & Casualty License Strong communication and sales skills Ability to clearly explain insurance coverage options Comfortable using quoting platforms and CRM systems Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
