- Full-time, Contract We are looking for ambitious and coachable individuals who are interested in beginning a career in life insurance sales.
In this position, you will connect with families who have already shown interest in learning about coverage, answer their questions, explain available options, and help them move through the application process. Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide training, guidance, and a structured system to help the right candidates learn the business, build confidence, and grow within the role. Responsibilities Contact prospective clients by phone to discuss life insurance needs and coverage options Follow up with interested individuals in a timely, respectful, and professional manner Set appointments and help clients understand the next steps in the process Ask thoughtful questions to learn about each client's situation, goals, budget, and protection needs Explain basic life insurance products in a simple and easy-to-understand way Help clients complete applications and gather any required information Maintain accurate records, notes, and client updates in the company system Participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and skill-development sessions Follow company scripts, sales procedures, compliance rules, and best practices Stay consistent with daily phone activity, follow-ups, and client communication Qualifications No previous insurance experience needed Strong verbal communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to be trained Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone Dependable, organized, and self-driven Goal-focused and able to remain consistent Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful but not required Must be open to obtaining a life insurance license if not currently licensed What We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who is professional, motivated, and serious about creating a long-term opportunity in sales.
