Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to start a career in life insurance sales . In this role, you will speak with families who have expressed interest in coverage, help them understand their options, and guide them through the application process. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, support, and a proven system for candidates who are professional, coachable, and ready to grow. Responsibilities Speak with prospective clients over the phone about life insurance options Follow up with interested leads in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments and help guide clients through the next steps Ask questions to understand each client's needs, goals, and budget Explain basic coverage options in a clear and simple way Assist clients with completing applications and required information Keep accurate notes and updates in the company system Attend training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and sales processes Stay organized with daily calls, follow-ups, and client communication Qualifications No prior insurance experience required Strong communication skills Positive attitude and coachable mindset Comfortable speaking with people over the phone Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Goal-oriented and willing to stay consistent Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is driven, professional, and serious about building a long-term career.
