Salary Range:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Performance Based Advancement Increased Earning Potential Paid Time Off (PTO) District Support/Guidance Ownership track available for qualified candidates Requirements No prior insurance experience required - Comprehensive PAID training is provided. Sales experience preferred, but we will train motivated professionals who demonstrate drive and discipline. We value ambition, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above everything else. Current Property & Casualty, plus Life, Health, and Annuities license, or willingness to obtain with district support . Must be able to able to obtain P&C license prior to starting. Licensure study materials paid for by Farmers District 80. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Responsibilities Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
