Salary Range:

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation. Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly. Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Return all phone messages promptly. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Develop and maintain client relationships. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
