Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent who is bilingual to join our team from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday! In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between clients and comprehensive insurance solutions, providing exceptional service and expert guidance. Your ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages will enhance our outreach and customer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and multilingual capabilities to help clients protect what matters most while building lasting relationships. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales initiatives, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable property and casualty insurance products tailored to individual client requirements Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure optimal solutions for clients while meeting company sales targets Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and resolving issues efficiently Utilize strong communication skills to educate clients about insurance benefits, coverage options, and claims processes in multiple languages Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients Qualifications Valid license as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with active state certification Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language; excellent communication skills in both languages Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining client trust Familiarity with sales administration tools, analysis techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Ability to analyze client needs thoroughly and provide tailored insurance solutions Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Join us if you're motivated by helping others protect their assets while advancing your career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment!
