Key Responsibilities As an Agent in Training , your core duties will include: Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Develop and maintain strong client relationships , providing ongoing support and policy reviews Meet and exceed individual sales goals , contributing to overall agency growth Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and compliance requirements Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are passionate about sales , proactive, and professional.
