Job Overview Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right confident and highly motivated individual to join our outstanding team. Our Office is licensed in the state of CA along with AZ, OR and NV. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients along with a great earnings opportunity with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services along with processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions from our clients may. Salary Range:

Life & Health Insurance license required within 3 months of hire Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Property & Casualty Insurance License is required within 3 months of hire Life & Health Insurance License is required within 3 months of hire Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists. Process customer policy change requests. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
