In this role, you will be the key driver in delivering exceptional customer service, providing tailored insurance solutions, and expanding our client base through proactive outreach and relationship building. Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote P&C insurance products. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options. Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage details to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems. Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively across multiple channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital correspondence. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns. Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments as needed. Requirements Valid state license for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sales is mandatory; additional licenses or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations. Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly. Knowledge of sales administration processes and familiarity with marketing strategies to generate leads and grow the client base. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
