Job Description

Do you have sales or canvassing experience and want to build a career with a company that's growing the right way? Potomac Custom Remodeling is looking for motivated professionals who are comfortable talking with homeowners, willing to learn the insurance restoration process, and ready to build a long-term career. No roofing experience is required. If you've sold before, canvassed, or worked face-to-face with customers and you're comfortable getting on a roof after training, we'll teach you the rest. We specialize in insurance restoration and residential roofing while expanding throughout Maryland, Delaware, and soon Pennsylvania.

High performers can grow into leadership as we continue expanding. What You'll Do You'll work directly with homeowners after storm events to help them navigate the restoration process.
Your responsibilities include:
Prospect neighborhoods and speak with homeowners. Perform roof inspections after training. Identify potential storm damage. Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process. Work closely with experienced managers and sales leaders. Every conversation builds your confidence, skills, and earning potential. Earnings and Career Path Monthly bonuses range from $500 to approximately $4,000 based on production. Six-figure annual earnings are the expectation for committed, consistent performers.
