Medicare & Ancillary Sales Agent

We are actively hiring licensed insurance agents who are motivated, people-focused, and ready to build a long-term, high-earning career in insurance sales. To sell health insurance, you must hold an active insurance license . We provide full onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing support to set you up for success. About the Role This is a 100% inbound sales role - no cold calling. All leads are provided by MyHealthAngel Insurance. While Medicare products are a key part of the role, our agents are heavily focused on ancillary products , including: Hospital Indemnity Critical Illness Final Expense Home Health Care policies Other supplemental coverage These products allow you to: Generate consistent, year-round income Increase policy bundling and retention Maximize earnings during SEP (Special Enrollment Periods) During SEP and beyond, agents are trained to lead with and prioritize ancillary solutions that fill coverage gaps and deliver immediate value to clients. You'll work with consumers who have already expressed interest, allowing you to focus on consultation, education, and closing , not prospecting. What You'll Do Handle inbound calls only from pre-qualified, high-intent leads Build trust with clients by identifying needs and recommending comprehensive coverage solutions Lead with ancillary products (hospital indemnity, critical illness, final expense, home health care) to enhance client protection and increase earnings Sell and service Medicare plans alongside a strong ancillary product mix , especially during SEP opportunities Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options in a simple, client-friendly way Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity Collaborate with leadership and marketing to continuously improve performance Uphold HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive client information Deliver exceptional service that drives long-term client relationships and retention What We're Looking For Active insurance license ( required ) Sales experience preferred (insurance, call center, or consultative sales) Strong communication, listening, and closing skills Confidence explaining both Medicare and ancillary products clearly to seniors A consultative, client-first sales approach Motivation to maximize income through product diversification and bundling strategies Why Join MyHealthAngel Insurance?
