WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Calling warm leads (people who already showed interest) Helping clients find affordable health coverage options Closing deals and making money (shocking concept, I know) No corporate scripts glued to your face. No babysitting. You're here to produce.
PAY STRUCTURE
Commission-based ( Avg reps earning $1,000-$2,000+/week) Bonuses + incentives Paid weekly Average performers make decent money. Top performers make serious money.
