Full job description OSS Benefits Group is a performance-driven insurance platform built to help agents produce at a high level with better leads, stronger systems, and real support . We are expanding our Medicare Advantage sales floor and looking for experienced, licensed agents who can handle inbound volume and close consistently. This is not an entry-level opportunity. This role is designed for agents who already understand Medicare, can work a structured environment, and want to maximize their earnings with real inbound opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Take inbound calls only — no cold calling or prospecting Enroll clients into Medicare Advantage plans Work inside a high-volume, compliance-focused sales floor Manage a consistent call queue and close efficiently Deliver a professional, clear experience for senior clients Compensation $100 per approved application + bonuses based on tiers Top agents earning up to $175,000 + annually Schedule Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Additional hours available for high performers Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 health insurance license

Pay:

$1,250.00 - $2,500.00 per week Application Question(s): Do you have at least 1 year of experience selling Medicare Advantage and or ACA plans?
