Key Responsibilities:

Sell and service personal lines insurance , with a strong emphasis on Homeowners Insurance . Handle light commercial accounts as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals. Assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide expert advice. Stay current on Florida-specific industry trends, products, and regulations (wind mitigation, flood, coastal property, etc.).

Requirements:

License:

Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (required).

Experience:

Proven track record selling and servicing Homeowners Insurance (minimum 2+ years preferred).

Skills:

Strong sales ability, excellent communication, customer service focus, and a consultative approach. Must be motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced independent agency environment.
