DAILY COMMISSION PLAN
Your commission locks in daily based on what you write that day: 0-10
Members:
$15 per member 11-14
Members:
$20 per member 15-17
Members:
$22.50 per member 18-24
Members:
$25 per member 25-29
Members:
$27.50 per member 30+
Members:
$30 per member
Potential Daily Earnings:
18 Deals = $450+ per day 25 Deals = $687.50+ per day 30 Deals = $900+ per day
CPA BONUS PROGRAM
Agents can earn additional bonuses by maintaining quality production: CPA must remain under $100 Minimum 10-sale daily average required CPA under $85 = +$1.50 per deal CPA under $75 = +$3.00 per deal We are looking for agents who: Want to maximize their earning potential Can handle a fast-paced sales environment Are coachable and competitive Want to be surrounded by other high performers If you're tired of waiting around for calls and want an opportunity where production directly impacts your paycheck every single day, ACA Today may be the right fit. REQUIREMENTS
Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License Valid 2026 FFM Certification ACA sales experience preferred Strong communication and sales skills Ability to work in-office in Deerfield Beach, FL Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
