We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated and eager to succeed and eager to make an impact. This role offers a base salary, competitive commission structure, and bonuses. Sales reps have had year-end earnings between $55,000 and top performers have made over $125,000. You will be responsible for helping clients secure the right coverage while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. Salary Range:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Weekends Off Flexibility with Work Location (Hybrid Optional) Requirements Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered. Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred. Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Generate leads and build relationships through outbound calls and warm follow-ups. Provide quotes and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Offer tailored coverage recommendations across brokered carrier platforms.
