Job Description

Stop buying your own leads. Stop chasing 1099 checks with no safety net. MASA Insurance Services is hiring licensed Florida insurance agents for an on-site W-2 inside sales role in Fort Lauderdale. Target annual compensation is $80,000

Who This Role Is For This is a strong fit if you are a licensed agent who sells well over the phone, wants company-provided leads, and wants W-2 stability without giving up commission upside. It may not be the right fit if you are looking for remote work, field sales, or a commission-only agency model. What You Will Do You will sell life insurance products by phone to seniors who have already expressed interest through a seminar, membership, or direct inquiry. This is consultative selling to warm prospects, not high-pressure dialing into cold lists. Make outbound and inbound calls to engaged prospects. Build rapport with seniors, identify needs, and walk them through coverage options. Handle objections and close sales over the phone. Complete applications accurately for compliant submissions. Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in CRM. Consistent lead flow supports you in hitting your activity and sales goals. What You Bring Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 license, or the ability to obtain prior to start. 1+ year of insurance sales, senior market sales, phone sales, or call center sales experience. Final expense or senior market experience is a plus, but not required

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong phone presence, objection handling, and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and compliance standards such as TCPA and DNC.
