The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, commercial insurance knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage a book of commercial insurance business Service existing commercial accounts, including policy changes, renewals, certificates, and endorsements Review coverages and provide recommendations based on client needs Work closely with producers, underwriters, and carriers Prepare applications, proposals, and renewal marketing submissions Assist clients with billing questions, claims support, and policy servicing Maintain accurate documentation and agency management system records Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License required Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy servicing Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals preferred Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
