If you thrive in a high volume , sales-driven environment and know how to turn quotes into bound policies this is the opportunity for you. This role is built for producers who want to maximize income with strong support, proven systems and a steady flow of opportunity. Base salary plus uncapped Commission Structure .
Responsibilities:
Quote, bind and issue homeowners and auto insurance policies Use QuoteRush/ comparative rater systems to deliver competitive options Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase account value Manage pipeline and client activity within Applied Epic (AMS) Deliver a high-level customer experience from quote to close Attend and contribute to weekly production and partner meetings
Qualifications:
Active Florida 220 General Lines Insurance License (Required) Proven success in personal lines insurance sales (home & auto) Strong experience in Florida Homeowners market Strong experience with insurance quoting systems / raters Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication, closing, and follow-up skills Highly organized and self-motivated Experience with QuoteRush preferred Experience with Applied Epic (Agency Management System) preferred Background in high-volume quoting environments preferred Stron cross-selling and account rounding skills preferred Why Join our Agency?
