Licensed 220 Insurance Agent (Personal or Commercial Lines)

In-Office | Florida Overview We are seeking a licensed 220 Insurance Agent to join a growing, client-focused team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with a background in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines who can manage client relationships, service accounts, and drive new business. Key Responsibilities Manage and service an existing book of business Build and maintain strong client relationships Evaluate coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with carrier guidelines Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts and improve retention Stay current on carrier updates, market trends, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Active Florida 220 Insurance License 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines Proven ability to manage accounts and/or generate new business Strong communication and client relationship skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple insurance carriers Existing book of business or strong referral network Bilingual (Spanish) Experience in an independent insurance agency environmentSimilar jobs in LaBelle, FL
