  • State Farm Agency, located in Lakeland, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional.

If you have experience in the insurance industry, I invite you to apply for the position in my office. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: 1. Must have an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Lakeland, FL. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification What we provide: Base Salary $30,000
  • $40,000 depending on licensing and experience Up to 8% commission on P&C and 15% on Life and Health Monthly and yearly bonuses/vacations/promotions Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days) Full Teladoc suite of tools Group health insurance including vision and dental 401(k) match up to 4% Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office
Requirements:
Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required) Florida 2-15 and 2-20 licenses (must be able to obtain within first 6 months) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills
