Health Insurance Agent Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week | Base Pay + Bonuses |

$16.00-$18.00 per hour + bonus opportunities What makes this opportunity different: No insurance experience required - we train you and help you get your license. Company-provided leads (no cold calling) 35-hour full-time schedule (M-F) Base pay plus monthly and per-application bonuses About the Role AMAC is a rapidly growing national organization with more than 2 million members across the United States, and we're expanding our health insurance advisory team. We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people and helping them understand their health insurance options. In this role, you will speak with individuals under age 65 who are exploring health insurance coverage. Your job is to help them understand available plan options and guide them through the application process. All leads are provided and managed through our internal CRM system, so you can focus on helping people find the coverage that works best for them . All interactions take place over the phone in a professional, team-oriented call center environment. Training & Licensing Support You do not need prior insurance experience to apply. AMAC provides training and support to help qualified candidates prepare for and pass the required health insurance licensing exam . Once licensed, you will receive ongoing coaching and product training to help you succeed. What You'll Do Speak with individuals under age 65 who are interested in health insurance coverage Explain plan options from leading carriers such as Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and IHC Generate electronic rate quotes Assist with online applications Track applications and follow up as needed Maintain accurate client records within our CRM system Provide excellent customer service throughout the process What We Offer Hourly base pay ($16-$18 per hour) Monthly and per-application bonus opportunities Company-provided leads (no cold calling) Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Health benefits Paid time off Voluntary 401(k) A supportive, positive workplace environment Opportunity for advancement within a growing national organization What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfort speaking with people on the phone Basic computer and internet skills Attention to detail and organization A willingness to learn and grow professionally If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working in a team environment, this could be a great opportunity to build a career with a trusted national organization.
