Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Lutz, FL (In Office) We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Lutz, Florida. This position will be responsible for managing a significant portion of the agency owner's commercial book, consisting primarily of middle-market accounts across construction, trades, retail, restaurants, churches, and related industries. What You'll Do Manage a commercial book of approximately $4M-$5M in premium. Handle renewals, remarketing, and client retention activities. Build trusted relationships with business owners and commercial clients. Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to develop coverage solutions. Maintain thorough documentation and account management workflows. What We're Looking For Active Florida 2-20 License Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience with strong commercial insurance knowledge and client servicing experience. Ability to independently manage renewals and account activity. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
