Role:

We are seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Sarasota, Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Collaborate with internal account managers and service teams to ensure client satisfaction Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Active Florida insurance license (2-20 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain Proven success in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively
