Chief Operating Officer (COO) Position Summary The role of the Account Manager is a highly mobile, client-facing position responsible for educating customers on the benefits offered by Empower Financial Group of America and enrolling them into appropriate coverage. This field-based position requires 100% travel to pre-scheduled locations and plays a critical role in client acquisition, education, and service delivery. Success in this role is driven by professionalism, communication, and consistent performance. Key Responsibilities Travel to pre-scheduled customer locations Tuesday through Friday Educate potential clients on health, life, and supplemental insurance benefits Enroll customers into appropriate coverage options Follow the company-provided 'Roadmap Training Guide' Complete assigned tasks to meet daily and weekly goals Attend weekly training calls to stay aligned with expectations Meet or exceed minimum production goals each week Capture life and retirement leads during client engagements Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Submit accurate documentation and policy applications promptly
