We are growing and looking for an experienced, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit office team near SW 69th Ave & Bird Road.
Salary:
Up to $60,000/year (Based on experience)

What We Are Looking For:
Must hold an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license (or 2-20 General Lines license). Minimum 2+ years of experience actively quoting, binding, or servicing Personal Auto and Florida Homeowners policies including Citizens Property. Positive attitude fast learner willing to incorporate Commercial lines. Familiarity with standard Florida carriers and rating systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred for our local client base. A reliable professional who values working in a stable, supportive family environment and always treating our customers in a professional but friendly manner.
Primary Duties:
Servicing existing personal lines accounts (endorsements, renewals, remarketing). Answering client coverage questions for auto and homeowners insurance. Assisting with incoming phone calls and sometimes processing payments.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
