Salary Range:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on

Training Requirements Licensing:

A valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required. Spanish speaking is a plus

Experience:

Previous experience sales is essential, demonstrating a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.

Policy Explanation:

Clearly explain and detail various insurance policy options, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and coverage to make informed decisions.

Customer Service:

Provide exemplary service by addressing client inquiries, managing claims, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the insurance process.

Sales Target Achievement:
