Qualifications:

• A willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role
• A willingness and demonstrated ability to attract new clients and new lines of business for existing clients within the book of business

• Microsoft proficient

• Answer multi phone lines
• Team player (a must)
• A "can do" attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment Must possess outstanding verbal/written communication skills Must have office equipment experience and be PC and internet proficiency Must have exceptional customer service skills Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy Ability to work independently and or in a team environment Ability to adapt to changing work environment Be of exceptional personal character High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
