Position Overview We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Associates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry while working alongside experienced professionals. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our agency's operations, assisting clients, and contributing to our ongoing success. Primary Responsibilities Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document management. Provide support to insurance agents and brokers in servicing client accounts. Learn about various insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms. Assist in processing insurance applications, endorsements and renewals. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Participation in training programs and workshops to expand knowledge and skills. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Requirements:
Qualifications 2-20 license or willing to obtain one quickly. This license will also allow working remotely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Previous customer service or administration experience a plus but not required. Passion for the insurance industry and a desire to grow professionally.
