Job Description :
As a Health Insurance Broker, you will assess clients' needs, recommend compliant health insurance plans, and guide them through the application process. First year agents average $70,000 a year! Second year agents average over $100,000-$150,000 a year! Third year and beyond are often earning over $200,000 a year! What sets us apart from other agencies/brokerages? 1) Free leads! You will never be required to pay for leads. 2) Level commissions, this means when a policy renews, you do NOT see a drop in your pay! 3) YOU own your book of business!
Key Responsibilities :
Assess clients' health insurance needs and offer tailored solutions Assist with plan selection, enrollment, and claims support Stay informed on health insurance products, regulations, and trends Network to expand the agency's client base and grow sales
Qualifications :
Proven experience in health insurance or a related field a plus Active health and life insurance license Strong communication and customer service skills Why Join Us?
