Compensation:
$115,917 yearly
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our insurance products, ensuring they make informed decisions. Proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement to expand your client base. Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios to ensure they remain adequately covered as their needs evolve. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions. Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and track sales activities efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about insurance products and services. Ability to proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions and track sales activities efficiently. Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice. Strong problem-solving skills to tailor insurance solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
