Insurance Sales Agent - In Office (Palm Coast, FL) We are a growing insurance agency in Palm Coast looking for a high-performing Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This is an in-office role for someone experienced, driven, and ready to produce.

What You'll Do:

Sell and cross-sell auto, home, and other insurance products Handle inbound calls and walk-ins while actively generating new business through cold calling Comfortably handle service calls while identifying sales opportunities Maintain and manage a pipeline with consistent follow-up Hit and exceed monthly sales goals

What You Need:

Active Florida P&C License (required) Proven insurance sales experience Strong closing skills and confidence on the phone Ability to make high-volume calls (30+ per hour) Self-motivated and results-driven If you are A Current Allstate insurance producer you can be hired in as little as two weeks.

Compensation:

Base salary + commission (typical $3,000-$6,000/month in commissions)
