About Us:
We are a growing independent agency in Plantation dedicated to providing high-quality ACA solutions. We are currently looking to build a core team of licensed professionals to help us maintain our expanding book of business and serve as the foundation for our next phase of growth. As we move into new insurance sectors, we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to grow alongside the agency.​
The Role:
This is an in-office position for licensed agents who excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to ensure our clients are placed in the best possible plans while maintaining the high service standards of our current book of business.​
Core Responsibilities:
​ Manage and service a growing book of ACA business.​ Conduct professional inbound and outbound communications. ​Identify opportunities for client retention and policy optimization.​Collaborate with agency leadership on growth strategies and new sector expansion.​
Requirements:
Active Florida Health License:
Must have an active 2-15 or 2-40. ​
Certification:
Must be FFM Certified.​
Licensing Footprint:
Must have an active 10+ state non-resident license footprint (Verified via NPN).​
Location:
Ability to work on-site at our Plantation office (2 South University Drive).​

Pay:
$29,000.00 - $70,908.81 per year
