We are committed to being your trusted insurance agency by providing all your insurance needs in one place. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent/Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you're driven, coachable, and eager for growth, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads and proactively generate outbound leads Sell and bind personal & commercial lines insurance Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on carriers/underwriting Maintain accurate records in the agency management system Build and retain a strong book of business Participate in cross-selling opportunities, as well as proactively striving to increase client retention. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale Meet monthly production goals and KPIs Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes Qualifications Active Florida 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 Insurance License (required) Prior sales experience (insurance preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Proven ability to work with goals Bilingual Spanish/English Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency (CRM, quoting systems, etc.) Compensation Base salary + commission Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Paid holidays Health Benefits Retirement Plan Paid Vacation Work Environment Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM Supportive and collaborative leadership Access to multiple carriers and competitive markets Tools, scripts, and systems provided to help you succeed
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
