- 5:00 PM CST Post-training schedules will be assigned based on business needs and will fall within our operating hours of 7:00 AM
- 6:00 PM CST All shifts are 8 hours plus a 30-minute lunch break No weekend shifts required We are currently hiring for our May 11, 2026 training class.

Prompt updates and feedback following interviews Interviews with recruiters and hiring managers Skills assessments relevant to the role Genuine, thoughtful human interaction throughout the process How we support you Compensation at a glance On-target earnings (OTE) starting at $70,000, with uncapped commission potential $45,000 base salary Uncapped monthly commissions, starting with the very first policy sold Ramp compensation plan during the first three months of sales production This role is eligible to earn additional incentive compensation through participation in our Sales Incentive Program.
