Job Description

We are actively seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, homeowners, renters, and more. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-volume, high-conversion environment where success is rewarded and growth is unlimited.
Compensation:
Enjoy competitive base pay with sales incentives—
Pay Transparency:
Starting pay ranges from $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually). In addition, Sales Associates may also earn commissions up to $60,000 PLUS annually through monthly sales payouts.
Sign-On Bonus:
New hires can earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing a 90-day probation period with a strong sales record. Why GEICO St. Pete? What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with warm leads purchased on your behalf, referrals, and outbound prospects through RICOCHET, email, and other communication methods Build strong rapport, identify needs, and close new business daily Manage and update your sales pipeline through our CRM system Cross-sell requirement of 25% of all sold auto policies Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and retention Embody GEICO's high-performance culture and sales values
What We're Looking For:
COACHABLE and driven with a "whatever it takes" attitude Excellent phone presence and strong listening/communication skills Proven ability to work leads, follow up, and close consistently Must be comfortable in a high-volume, high-energy sales environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail A natural problem solver who thrives on competition Holds an active Florida 440 or 220
Insurance License Pay:
$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
