Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand market reach through direct engagement and community networking Present insurance products effectively, explaining coverage options clearly to ensure client understanding and satisfaction Negotiate policy terms and premiums to align with client needs while maintaining profitability for the company Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Provide ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims support promptly and professionally Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse clientele, including multilingual outreach when applicable Qualifications Valid 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license required; willingness to obtain necessary licenses if not already held Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred) Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and client interactions Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored insurance proposals effectively Knowledge of benefits administration, HIPAA regulations (if applicable), and customer service best practices Demonstrated enthusiasm for marketing strategies and benefits of insurance products Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels growth!
