New to insurance? Mood Star provides guidance and resources to help you through the licensing process and start your career. We're looking for individuals who are ready to learn and committed to helping others. About this role Mood Stars is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as independent insurance agents at our Stuart, FL office. You will work on-site alongside a team of agents, conducting all client interactions over the phone. We provide a fully equipped workspace, structured training, and access to our carrier portfolio so you have everything you need to start writing policies and earning commissions from day one. What you'll do Work from our Stuart, FL office and contact clients entirely by phone Assess client needs and present health insurance plan options clearly and confidently Guide clients through the full enrollment process over the phone Follow up with existing clients for renewals, plan changes, and ongoing support Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies written Stay current on carrier offerings, plan changes, and Florida state regulations What we're looking for Strong phone communication and active listening skills Confident, clear, and professional speaking voice Self-motivated and dependable — able to show up consistently and manage your own pipeline Comfortable working in a structured, in-office, phone-based environment Customer service or phone sales experience is a plus — not required Must hold or be willing to obtain a Florida health insurance license (2-15) What we offer Competitive commission structure — agents keep a high percentage of earned commissions Access to multiple insurance carriers — no captive restrictions Fully equipped on-site workspace at our Stuart, FL office Structured onboarding and product training at no cost to you Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced agents in the office No recruitment requirements — your income is based solely on your own production About Mood Stars Mood Stars is a licensed health insurance agency based in Stuart, FL.
