Insurance Sales & Service Representative (In-Office)

Job Overview Westchase Agency - Allstate is hiring a motivated, in-office Insurance Sales & Service Representative in the Tampa (Westchase) area. This is a sales-focused role combining new business production and customer service. You will work warm inbound opportunities, cross-sell our existing client base, and prospect—including occasional cold calling—to meet and exceed personal income and agency goals. We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. No insurance experience is required—we will train the right person. Candidates must be local (within approximately 15 miles) and able to work full-time in the office. Compensation includes base salary plus commission and bonus, with income potential of $100,000+.

Salary Range:
