  • Private Duty & Home Health Sales Palm Beach County, FL Full-Time | Monday-Friday Are you a true healthcare sales hunter who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and generating new referral business in the community?
We are seeking a driven Healthcare Account Executive to grow referral partnerships throughout Palm Beach County for our private duty home care and Medicare-based services. This is an outside business development role focused on generating referrals, developing new accounts, and expanding market presence across the healthcare community. This position is best suited for candidates with established healthcare relationships and a proven track record of territory growth, referral generation, and community-based sales success. What You'll Do Develop new referral relationships throughout Palm Beach County Generate business through in-person community outreach and networking Build and maintain relationships with: Hospitals Case managers Discharge planners Physicians and physician groups Assisted living facilities (ALFs) Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) Senior living communities Social workers and community partners Grow private duty and Medicare referral pipelines Create and execute territory growth strategies Track referral activity, sales performance, and market development efforts in CRM Represent the organization at community and healthcare networking events What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside healthcare sales experience required Experience in private duty home care, home health, hospice, Medicare Advantage, or post-acute care strongly preferred Proven ability to develop referral sources and grow a territory Existing relationships within Palm Beach County healthcare market highly preferred Strong hunter mentality with ability to open doors and generate new business Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field Preferred Candidate Background We are specifically seeking candidates who can demonstrate: Monthly admits or referral production metrics Revenue growth or territory expansion achievements Referral sources personally developed Experience selling private duty and/or Medicare services Examples of market growth and relationship development Candidates coming from strictly internal SNF census management backgrounds without outside business development responsibilities may not be the best fit for this role.
