If you're passionate about helping clients protect what matters most and enjoy creating efficient office environments, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Sell and service Homeowners Insurance policies Provide personalized coverage recommendations to clients Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Identify client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance standards Skills Experience selling Homeowners Insurance (required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to explain policy coverage clearly and confidently Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-through abilities Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail Required Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license (required) Previous experience selling Homeowners Insurance policies Pay This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
