OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for sales producers to answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in obtaining home or auto insurance quotes. Your role will involve providing product knowledge and assisting them in selecting the most suitable coverage for their circumstances. Well supply you with a high volume of high-quality leads; your success in closing them will drive our growth together. We are seeking friendly and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and enjoyable work environment. Not licensed? That's not an issue! Were here to guide you through the process of obtaining your insurance license, and you can have it in just a few days! SKILLS Punctuality and the ability to maintain a consistent schedule Excellent phone skills: friendly and kind demeanor Willingness to learn about our products Strong customer relationship-building skills Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Spanish (Preferred)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

Property & Casualty (P&C) License or Personal Lines License (preferred)
