Job Description:
Large Account Manager - Commercial Lines | Orlando, FL Regional insurance agency with an excellent reputation is seeking an experienced Large Account Manager to join our team in Orlando. This is an opportunity to work with sophisticated commercial accounts in a stable, client-focused environment.
Position Overview:
Service and manage complex commercial accounts from new business through renewal, handling all aspects of account maintenance and client relationship management. You'll work closely with clients on medium to large accounts ($100K+ premium) to ensure exceptional service delivery and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Service large commercial accounts including new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing proactive service Analyze coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and problem resolution Maintain accurate documentation and manage account workflows efficiently
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of independent retail agency experience with commercial lines Proven track record managing medium to large accounts ($100K+ in premium) Advanced understanding of commercial insurance coverages and concepts Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines Agent) license required Stable employment history Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with agency management systems
