Salary Range:

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related technology. A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and communication. Analyze client needs to recommend and sell suitable insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.). Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients. Process insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals accurately and efficiently. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales targets and support overall agency success.
