Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products that meet individual client requirements Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Utilize marketing techniques to attract new customers and retain existing clients Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and resolving issues promptly Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive health information Requirements Valid license as an Insurance Agent with proper state certification Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and managing customer data Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Knowledge of marketing strategies, benefits administration, and customer service best practices Join us if you're passionate about helping people protect what matters most!
