Responsibilities:

Sell and service a wide range of insurance products including farm, crop, auto, homeowners, commercial, life, medical, and dental, as well as meet quarterly sales and retention goals. Adhere to strategic and service goals as outlined in the agency?s business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and consistent delivery of high-quality service. Consult with clients to explain policies, analyze coverage needs, and recommend solutions Prospect new customers and grow membership through community networking ... Ensure all policy documentation and service requirements are completed accurately Inspect properties to assess risk and recommend corrective actions Promote GFB and GFBMIC through local advertising and active community involvement Engage in continuous professional development and product training Foster relationships between county offices and the home office Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00
