Apply sales practices:
call on leads and speak to people who are actively looking for insurance. Follow up with prospects that you have spoken with, and meet monthly sales requirements.
Build lasting relationships:
we are not looking to just compare prices. We want to get to know our customers on a personal level and be in a position to build on that relationship for a long period of time.
Become and expert:
we are not expecting you to come into the business knowing everything there is to know about insurance and we are here to teach you! You will utilize training and resources to become a professional in the industry.

  • if you choose to take the path of opening your own business then you will be provided with one on one training to learn the business side of agency.
Marketing, finances, hiring, management, creating a business plan, etc. will be taught so as to prepare you to put your own name on the door! Hours and Benefits… Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM Competitive base pay plus commissions 10 Days PTO Life and disability This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm Agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the Agent.
