Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Base Salary Plus Commissions Licensing Assistance Paid Continuing Education Hands-On Training Team Building Activities Weekends Off Free Coffee Requirements Proven success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Strong understanding of insurance products and services. Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage. Explain policy details, benefits, and exclusions to clients in an understandable manner. Guide clients through the application and underwriting process. Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and closing techniques. Provide ongoing service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
