In person; location: Norcross, GA-Full time Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. What You'll Do Manage commercial accounts end-to-end: quoting, binding, renewals, and service. Manage your team so you can grow together. Gather accurate business and risk information for underwriting. Market accounts with carriers and communicate with underwriters. Clearly explain coverage so clients understand their protection. Handle COIs, endorsements, audits, billing, and documentation accurately Protect and grow the renewal book by collaborating with the team to maintain a high client retention rate. Drive marketing and networking efforts to attract new customers and build strategic partnerships that expand the Commercial Lines department.
